[CMake] How to "exclude" dependencies

If you want to exclude a directory from all target use

ADD_SUBDIRECTORY(source_dir [binary_dir]
[EXCLUDE_FROM_ALL])

you can run make target_name/fast that will skip some dependencies (i'm
no sure on this one)
