[CMake] FAQ update for renaming a library

Options are not good if they make things unclear.  I say, remove the 
vestigial ways of doing things, and stick to modern ones.

I'm also wondering why this is a Frequently Asked Question.  How often 
do people need to rename libraries in a post-build step?
