[CMake] Patch to FindBoost.cmake.

Hi,
the FindBoost.cmake does not detect Boost installed by binary package
from the Boost Consulting. The patch attached to
<http://www.cmake.org/Bug/bug.php?op=show&bugid=4881&pos=0> fixes it for me.
