[CMake] Ada language support

If you mean directly to link object files together, this is a little bit
tricky. 
Because gnatlink (which links ada files) sets some options for linking,
but it uses gcc to link all the files. 
But i don't know if you also need the generated ali files (this is
additional information about the program created by gnat) by linking
without gnatlink.

On the other hand you can use an c++ or an ada builded executable with
shared objects or dlls made in the other language without any problems.
