[CMake] FindQt4.cmake fails

Bah, got the logic wrong in FindQt4.cmake as well :) Yeap it should
work, but I suspect I really had to restart to get cmake to see my Qt4
location (I've been using a different location for Qt4 quite some time
ago and haven't touched the system since then). Anyway all is working
now, though I did copy the kdelibs FindQt4.cmake in the end as well.
