[CMake] "The CMAKE_C_COMPILER is set to a C++ compiler"

Hi
   i was using cmake to build cmake source code
i am using  windows -xp  with borland 5.5  compiler  and the version of
cmake  i was using is cmake 2.4 patch 7.
 iam getting this error can any one help please.
