[CMake] How to use INSTALL( ... COMPONENT ... )?

Hi list,

Can anybody here explain how the COMPONENT option of
the INSTALL CMake MACRO
works?

I am able to specify COMPONENT in my INSTALL command
but I don't know how to use it with unix makefile generator?
