[CMake] SET_TARGET_PROPERTIES LINK_FLAGS not working

I am not sure, but I suspect you need to specify just one LINK_FLAGS
followed by a list, that is try

LINK_FLAGS /nodefaultlib:LIBCMT.lib /nodefaultlib:MSVCRT.lib)

or maybe even

LINK_FLAGS "/nodefaultlib:LIBCMT.lib;/nodefaultlib:MSVCRT.lib")
