[CMake] .txt file extension

Well, supporting CMakeLists in preference to CMakeLists.cmake in preference to 
CMakeLists.txt seems like it would be pretty easy. Just seems like you'd only 
have to change the code that looks for and opens the file.

I am not having problems with syntax highlighting. It just seems unclean to 
call it a txt file when it is really more specific than that.
