[CMake] Make dist?

Hi Craig,

Not sure what went wrong. Did you update CMake?

Here is my run:

andy at colintilla $ rm -rf _CPack_Packages cmake-2.5.0-Linux.sh
andy at colintilla $ ./bin/cpack -G TBZ2
