[CMake] Extra built type subdir appeded to LIBRARY_OUTPUT_PATH

Not sure this is what you mean, but if you specify LIBRARY_OUTPUT_PATH, 
with msvc the libs will go to ${LIBRARY_OUTPUT_PATH}/${CMAKE_CFG_INTDIR}
