[CMake] Find<CommonLib>.cmake

Hi,
A few Find<CommonLib>.cmake files has been written to compile a project, where 
should I sent them in order to include them for the next release ?
By the way, cmake is a really good piece of software and has been chosen 
instead of autoconf & friends.
