[CMake] Need ElapsedMinutes tag?

Hi all

Now we ran CTest2.2 with Dart0.8.5 and everything works fine.

So it seems like Dart0.8.5 understands the "ElapsedMinutes" tag and
Dart0.6.0 doesn't.

Summary:

Ctest2.2.x doesn't work with our DartServer0.6.x.jar, presumably because
ctest.2.2.x includes an "ElapsedMinutes" tag that the DartServer0.6.jar
doesn't like...or at least it spits out processing errors to the console
when this ElapsedMinutes tag is included...and there are no errors when this
tag is not included.  (It took a while for us to narrow this down.)

What flavor of Dart2 server do we need to make ctest 2.2 work (we couldn't
get ctest 2.0.x to work out of the box...figured we upgrade the dart server
rather then downgrade ctest in an attempt to make the 2 work with one
another).  More Dart-server Qs below.

More details:

The Test.xml created by CTest2.2 contains a tag "ElapsedMinutes". I use
DartServer0.6.0 and I suppose that it doesn't understand this tag.

When I run CTest, the results get posted in the Dartboard, but XML parsing
errors are displayed in the Dart server console. If I remove the
ElapsedMinutes tag and manually feed the XML file generated by CTest as an
input to the DartClient.jar, it works without any XML parsing error.

I would like to know if CTest2.2 is compatible with the versions newer then
Dart0.6?  How can we acquire these official versions?  Eg, I've heard of 0.8
and 0.9 versions of Dart/Dart2, but I don't see any tags for them or exact
svnrevs to download...or the binaries to download (only 0.6 is on the Dart2
wiki).
