[CMake] CMake 2.2 and MAKECOMMAND on Visual Studio 7

Folks,

I recently updated from cmake 2.0 to cmake 2.2. I'm running Visual Studio 7.

Here is how I normally operate. I run cmakesetup and change the CMAKE_CONFIGURATION_TYPES to RelWithDebInfo. When cmake generates the CMakeCache.txt file, the MAKECOMMAND that uses devenv.com always generates with Release. Is this new behavior or has it always been this way?
