[CMake] CMake question

Hi,

I am trying to learn CMake to use it in my project
but (as anyone might expect) I have some problems.

Is there possible to handle a situation similar to
this ?

ADD_EXECUTABLE( test
   file1.prg
   file2.prg
   file3.c
)

note file1.prg and file2.prg. Those files should be
first precompiled to file1.c and file2.c by some
other compiler and then the resulting file1.c and
file2.c should be added to the target building process.

Reading CMake docs I did not find a way to acheive this.
I noticed that similar problems are "hard coded" in
CMake ( FLTK_WRAP_UI, QT_WRAP_UI ? ). Am I right assuming
that there is no universal solution in CMake for such
situations ? Or is there a way to do that ?
