[CMake] 1024 BYte submission limit with cmake 2.42 +dart1

It probably does work if you put it in a CTestCustom file.... Do you 
have a CTestCustom.ctest or CTestCustom.cmake file in your project? It 
needs to go in there, not in your main CMakeLists.txt.
