[CMake] 1024 BYte submission limit with cmake 2.42 +dart1

The following text is typically found within this output of the 
SystemInformation test from a CMake dashboard:
Avoid ctest truncation of output: CTEST_FULL_OUTPUT

Put "CTEST_FULL_OUTPUT" somewhere in your test's output and it should 
all come through...
