[CMake] re-moc not occurring

Can you please have a look at the Makefile in CMakefiles/ and check the rules and depenencies of you moc-files ?
(simply searching for foowidget.moc in CMakeFiles/name_of_the_target.dir/ should do).

Can you create a minimal testcase ?
