[CMake] libs only target

Brad,
you are totally right.
dropping the BUILD_EXAMPLES from toplevel config.h solved it.

This works, great!


For the records:
I tried adding a target and dependencies with

ADD_CUSTOM_TARGET(lib DEPENDS lib1 lib2  )

which did *not* work with cmake 2.0.6. But

ADD_TARGET(lib)
ADD_DEPENDENCIES(lib lib1 lib2)

works as expected.
