[CMake] Cross platform Multi-threading switches

Hello,

I'm working on a multi-threaded program that uses the STLPort library. This library wants multi-threading switches added to the compiler's command line (-pthread for GCC, /MT for VS, ...). Is there a command for CMake that simply adds that switch ? I saw the FindThreads command, but it doesn't seem to suit my needs.
