[CMake] [PATCH] improvements for kdevelop generator

Hi,  
 
the attached patch fixes two issues with the kdevelop project file 
generator: 
 
1) it doesn't put any files which are in CMakeFiles/ in the list of 
project files 
2) it does a better job at finding the executable which will be used for 
running and debugging by looking through all makefiles and not only the 
one of the current directory. 
Please apply to HEAD and 2-.4 branch.
