I've got a problem to do everything to install Cmake. I want to use Insight Toolkit so it seems that I need Cmake but my compiler is dev-cpp and there is no option to build a make file for dev-cpp. There are for Borland, MSV, etc... but not for dev-cpp. Thanks for all
