Yes, i totally agree :) I would say that adding an option to set where 
the .o files will go (and then checked if a new generation of them is 
needed) should be configurable, by setting an directory on a 
executable/library basis. It would be very useful for me, as i plan to 
use CMake more extensively than it is now.
