Yes, it works now :-) 
Now if this step would go faster, it takes 15 seconds on my box: 
"Scanning dependencies of target foo 
/usr/local/bin/cmake -E cmake_depends  "Unix Makefiles"  
/usr/src/foo /usr/src/foo/src
/usr/src/foo/src/CMakeFiles/foo.dir/DependInfo.cmake"
