[CMake] configuring error with visual studio.net

It sounds like maybe you accidentally configured for Visual Studio .NET 
*2003* the first time through. Once you have a generator selected and a 
CMakeCache.txt file has been generated, you can't change it unless you 
wipe out the binary tree and start over.

Try again with an empty binary tree to start with and see if it still 
happens. Be very careful to choose Visual Studio .NET 2002 the first 
time you configure.
