[CMake] definition of Promotion

I didn't know that Promotion is "one of four aspects of Marketing," i.e. 
an industry standard term.  After all, I'm not a marketing 
professional.  Anyways, promotion at cmake.org may be a good choice, 
because Techies don't seem to think it's as evil as the word Marketing, 
and yet Suits will identify it as being part and parcel of Marketing.  
Sounds like a win-win to me.

I'm ambivalent about these 2 variants:
promotion at cmake.org
promote at cmake.org

I suppose the latter is shorter, and as a verb, maybe will encourage us 
to actually do something.  :-)
