[CMake] FYI, XCode generator name now Xcode15

I guess I was not clear.  We are now generating Xcode-2.1 COMPATIBLE projects when
2.1 is installed.   They are not 2.1 projects.  At some point a true 2.1 generator will
be created.   The original 1.5 generator did not create projects that could be converted
to 2.1 at all.
