Download the example and look into the file EcosSupport.cmake.

This would be cool, and the cmake sources aren't that hard to understand. I
don't 
know if somebody else is working on this, otherwise, just go ahead :-) 
How would an eclipse project look like ? Makefiles + some eclipse project
files ? If 
that's the case, I just implemented this for a kdevelop project generator
(see 
cmLocalKdevelopGenerator and cmGlobalKdevelopGenerator, cmake cvs)
