[CMake] [PATCH] kdevelop3 generator, 2nd version

Hi All,

Since everybody and their dog are asking themselves, I will answer.
KDevelop3 generator does support spaces in the path.

So, for all you people who would start using CMake if it would support
KDevelop, now is time.
