I am using CMake to build VTK 4.4 for Visual Studio .NET. I would like to
set the option VTK_USE_ANSI_STDLIB to ON.  Unfortunately when I run CMake
2.0.3 (with advanced values shown), the option is not available.
Has anyone experienced similar problems?
