[CMake] [ANNOUNCE] cmake syntax highlighting for KDE apps: kate, write, kdevelop

Hi Bernhard,

We are considering that. Until then, Wiki is probably the best place. I
created editor support page and link to Emacs and Vim one:

http://www.cmake.org/Wiki/CMake_Editors_Support

You should just add links (or files) for yours.
