[Cmake] install from subdirs ?

Hi Andy,
I am working on the same project as Friso.
I think there was confusion about using INSTALL_TARGETS vs. 
INSTALL_PROGRAMS.

However, INSTALL_PROGRAMS seems to work correctly.
