[Cmake] Dart configuration?

Hi Ilias,

You could write script around ClearCase that would make it look like CVS
(warning, some perl/python required). The second option is to add
support for ClearCase into CTest. That should not be too hard. You would
have to figure out how to achieve the same thing using clearcase though.

Both require about the same amount of work, but the second one would be
more beneficial.
