[Cmake] Shared library versioning

Hi guys,

I was reading some older threads on the cmake mailinglist dating back to
June, 2003 regarding patches by Gavin Baker that added support for
proper shared library versioning in cmake.

What is the status of this patch? I just checked out the CVS version of
CMake and it doesn't seem to be there unless I am looking in the wrong
place.

Any info would be appreciated.
