[CMake] microsoft visual studio

Currently experiencing problems with visual studio 6
    (LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file "kernel32.lib")
    Did you have the answer to that problem?
i am trying to go round it for a month or so
if you know anything about it please please help
