[Cmake] Visual Studio Hanging (more often with CMake projects apparently)

Visual Studio 7 seems to hang sometimes for several minutes. It seems to do it more often with projects generated by CMake than native ones (I'm told).

Is there a problem vith Visual studio that might be exacerbated by something in cmake generated projects?

I've not suffered much from this problem myself, but colleagues have.

any ideas? Thanks
