[Cmake] non-hardwired .so file locations

You can use the LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable to move executables and .so
libraries around.
CMake adds run time path information, so that if you don't move the
libraries executables
will be able to find them. But if you do move them you will have to set
the LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
