Karshi, I ran accross this problem too. There are two solutions that I know of,
1) get (or build) the debug library for Python or 2) build vtk as release or
release with debug.....john

Hi all,
I am having a problem using CMake to install VTK4.0 on Windows_2000.
I have Python 2.1.1 installed, but when use CMake to configure it
inserts
"python22_d" by default ( debug library). Actually , it always looking
for
" python22_d". Is this bug?
