[CMake-Promote] negativity on Sweng-gamedev list

Sweng-gamedev is about software engineering practices in the game
industry. In November 2006 there was a long thread about build systems,
and a shorter thread about CMake specifically. The technical director
of Torque 3D engine development had some very unkind things to say about
CMake.

"[Premake] does look like it avoids dropping litter in your project
directories, and the docs and scripting are definitely way clearer
(CMake uses a preprocessor-style abomination of a language). I'd rate it
worth a try! :)"

"No offense to CMake users, but based on our experience researching
"project file generators" - CMake is terrible. It doesn't support the
options you want, it's a pain in the butt to configure, and it hooks
itself into the projects it generates in weird ways. It leaves litter
all through your checkout, too."

I'm subscribing to the list to see if I can find out what the issues
are, and also keep aspersions from going completely unanswered.

Cheers,
