[CMake-Promote] not so nice cmake comments

It appears he's the kind of techie that doesn't like asking questions in 
the 1st place, but instead prefers to Google for his own answers.  He 
didn't get much from doing that.  This says to me that while the mailing 
list support is excellent, it cannot hope to reach all users.  Better 
documentation is needed to reach "uncommunicative" techies.  Or better 
pumping of search engines with CMake search terms.
