[CMake-Promote] OpenWengo

Looks like a scon/CMake show down on this project:

Sounds like they have something very close, if we could help them with 
CPack, they would
have the NSIS installer they want as well as the .dmg images on the 
mac.   Does anyone on this
list know any of the OpenWengo developers, and if they need help?
