[CMake-Promote] Rosegarden project using CMake

Hi Pedro,

Yeah, I can imagine if it is based on ALSA, that can be a problem. But
hey, maybe ALSA will be ported to OSX some day...

I checked CMake list files from Rosengarden and it looks pretty good.
I saw that there is packaging code there. Instead you could be using
CPack. This can be used both for packaging source and distributions.
