There are no porting plans in the short term, sorry. 

Yes, Rosegarden is a KDE3 application, and probably will be ported to KDE4 in 
the near future, but it is also a MIDI/audio system heavily depending on ALSA 
(for MIDI Sequencing) and Jack for digital audio, and although Jack has been 
ported recently to Windows and also to OSX, the ALSA Sequencer is still a 
Linux only (killer) feature.
