[CMake-Promote] openwengo uses cmake

Hi,

while trying to get video telephony under linux, I noticed that OpenWengo 
http://www.openwengo.org now has both scons and cmake files in its svn: 

http://dev.openwengo.com/trac/openwengo/trac.cgi/browser/wengophone-ng/trunk

It seems quite some people are switching...
