Summary:                    In verbose mode, display env vars that were
explicitly set for each test
Description: 
We use set_property with the ENVIRONMENT property for many of our tests to
control their runtime behavior. When running in verbose mode we see the full
command line that is executed, but not the environment variables that were
explicitly set for the test invocation. It would be nice to include those.
