Summary:                    cmake does not find _vsnprintf
Description: 
I am using
Visual Studio 2015
cmake 3.3
freetds-0.95.19

running

cmake -G "NMake Makefiles" .

does not find vsnprintf nor _vsnprintf


Steps to Reproduce: 
Install Visual Studio 2015
Download freetds
run cmake
run nmake
