Summary:                    What options do I have to set the NeverOverwrite and
Permanent attributes for Components that install files from CPack?
Description: 
I tried with CPACK_WIX_PATCH_FILE but that only allows me to add stuff inside
the component. What I need is adding attributes to the component itself.
