Summary:                    Add LLVM IR bitcode language
Description: 
In some circumstances, such as static analysis like http://klee.github.io/klee/
, it would be helpful to be able to compile and link LLVM IR bitcode. Currently
doing this requires using internal variables like
CMAKE_<LANG>_CREATE_SHARED_LIBRARY to use llvm-link.
