Usually, in cases where there is still design discussion to be done, it is 
preferred to put a topic on a publically hosted git repo for review instead 
of pushing to the cmake repo (where it gets final review). Eg my clone is 
here and I regularly request review of the topics I push there:

 https://gitorious.org/~steveire/cmake/steveires-cmake

Consider doing that before waiting for push access.
