Summary:                    FASTBuild generator
Description: 
I just discovered FASTBuild (http://www.fastbuild.org) after watching the CPPcon
talk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qYN6eduU06s

It seems to dramatically increase build time on Windows (and hopefully soon on
other OSes...) using several different features like:
- "unity" builds (pack several cpp files in one)
- distributed build
- cache

I saw a question on the ML asking if a generator for FASTBuild is on the work
but I thought having a proper feature request in the tracker would be better ;)
